QUIÉNES SOMOS

Who We Are

La Fundación Jagai Madhai (JMF) es una organización sin fines de lucro y el orgulloso patrocinador del Bhakti Recovery Group (BRG) y sus actividades y programas.

Our purpose

To support individuals recovering from addictions and self-destructive patterns through the integration of the 12 Steps and Bhakti Yoga offering a confidential, spiritually aligned path to recovery specifically for the Krishna conscious community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to offer and maintain a consistent, safe, and sustainable space for recovery through the Twelve Steps and the practice of bhakti yoga. We carry this message in loving service to all who struggle with anarthas, addictions, and other destructive behavior patterns.

Our Vision

To make Bhakti  12 step Recovery commonplace in our community so none struggling with addictions, anarthas or associated behaviors has to suffer alone.

Why It Matters

Anarthas, addictions, and destructive behavior patterns are widespread in society, and devotional communities are not immune. Because of stigma and fear of judgment, many struggle silently and alone, with nowhere to turn for safe and confidential support.

We, the Jagai Madhai Foundation, carry and support our most vulnerable devotees, offering a safe and confidential space for those struggling with anarthas, addictions, and destructive behavior patterns.

Our Impact

• Lives once dominated by negative behavior patterns begin to stabilize and change
• People who were suffering in silence are no longer alone and finally have a place to come to
• Cultivates spiritual awakening through daily practice in 12 step Krishna consciousness
• Transforms identity from “self-centered” to “servant/devotee”
• Builds tools for lifelong spiritual and emotional resilience
• Spiritual solutions to material problems become usable tools in daily life
• Many experience deep relief in discovering a safe space where they are understood and supported unconditionally

Community Impact

• The healthier the individual, the healthier the community
• We create safe, familiar and confidential spaces where honesty replaces secrecy and people can speak openly without fear of judgment
• By encouraging honest sharing, individuals are able to step forward as they are and are met with full acceptance, support, and no judgment
• This openness has brought tremendous relief and freedom, allowing people to grow at their own pace in our community, as individuals, in Krishna consciousness, and in recovery
• We demonstrate through lived example that recovery from addictions and anarthas is possible through the Twelve Steps and bhakti
• We bring hope together with practical spiritual tools that support real change
• We create sangha among people with shared struggles, strengthening fellowship and mutual support
• We provide a trusted place where individuals and loved ones affected by addiction and anarthas can turn for guidance and support
• We contribute to a culture of greater honesty, responsibility, and care within Krishna conscious communities 🙏
